The Mobility Action Programme (MAP) is an evidence informed, patient centred, community based programme that will provide early interventions for people with musculoskeletal health conditions.
A key goal of MAP is to improve access and health outcomes so people can have improved quality of life and participate in activities that are important to them. Another key focus of the MAP is to improve access for those who experience disparities in access and health outcomes.
The MAP is a pilot study, and we are collecting evidence to show that early intervention programmes are sustainable and useful in New Zealand.
